Baja Bound Mexico Insurance provided great assistance during our drive into Hermosillo Son. last...ecember 2021. We were victims of extortioners that staged a crash against us and demanded a large sum of money. The M.O. was faking a call to our Mexican agent and that we needed to pay damages on the spot. The Baja Insurance agent based in the U.S. (Shana) really helped us to get out of that dangerous situation safety. Michelle L. is the best Client Care Specialist! I originally purchased a policy a few months ago...hen we moved to Mexico. Then, my car ended up breaking down (while visiting family in the US) So I had to cancel the policy for that one and find another car to drive back down to Mexico. Imagine the hassle!!
